Our farms sit on the slopes around Volcán Barú, where volcanic soil, cloud-forest water and cool mountain air meet. Nothing here is rushed. Coffee, cacao and highland produce ripen slowly, and it shows in the cup and on the plate.
We grow organically, harvest by hand, and keep every lot small enough to know by name.
